Private YOGA HIKE : 2 ½ - 3 Hours
Chuck takes you on a 2.5 - 3 hour, private Yoga hike!
(This includes MATS for up to SIX people!)
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A PRIVATE YOGA HIKE?
Chuck guides you up one of Sedona's many trails to a scenic location with gorgeous mountain views. (Hikes are around 30 minutes or less, one-way.)
Then, you and your group (of up to 6), lay down your mats and have a private, open-air Hatha Yoga class on the red rocks.
Class begins with a short meditation, then warms up your body with some gentle stretching. It then moves through a custom asana practice that strengthens & balances your body. After that, a cool-down series to reduce your heartrate and ease those muscles, which moves into several minutes of Savasana - using sound bowl tones to revitalize and rejuvenate you. Finally, class ends with a short closing meditation to raise your frequency for the rest of your day.
You choose the difficulty level of the class, and the length of class that you would like (about 45min).
