WHAT KIND OF MEDITATION CLASS ARE YOU GETTING?
If you are new to meditation, this class if for you! If you are an experienced meditator, then Chuck will give you new tools for your meditation tool belt. Chuck teaches how to quiet your busy mind and come to what Zen Buddhists call the "zero point", a place of stillness where you can relax and connect with yourself. You will be able to take this with you into the rest of your life, calming your mind whenever you like.
