We drive you to breakfast at a local favorite restaurant. After a delicious, healthy meal, you get a one-of-a-kind personal insight reading, by Alissa, including take-home gifts! Alissa works her magic, giving you a personal reading like you've never had before. Using her automotive journalism background and love for cars, she mixes the physicality of cars with a spiritual twist for an unforgettable, personal insight reading. 100% true, without the woo. 

• HIKE & SINGING-BOWL MEDITATION

Jump back in the Retreat Van to a guided, scenic hike with 360-degree views! Enjoy a mountain-top guided Singing-Bowl Meditation. Quiet your mind, refocus your attention and renegotiate your relationship with your thoughts. (Skills you can take with you back to Scottsdale!) Bring your water bottle; we will have extra water for you.

Hop back in the van for an escort to super healthy lunch spot, another Sedona gem!

After our tummies are satisfied, get escorted back to our meeting spot, for your drive back to Scottsdale. Gets you on the road before sunset!
